A: The base monthly fee covers ongoing advisory, development, support, Azure infrastructure, and fair-use AI token usage for all use cases delivered as part of your tier’s cadence. It also includes monthly performance reporting and continuous optimization.

 

Q: What is the Use Case Operating Fee?

A: The Use Case Operating Fee is a small, incremental monthly charge added with each new use case we deploy for you. It covers only the extra maintenance, monitoring, and token costs for that use case—since your base monthly fee already covers the platform, infrastructure, and core support.

 

Q: Why is the Use Case Operating Fee lower than the base fee?

A: The base fee includes all the heavy lifting—advisory, development, infrastructure, and your included use cases. Once the platform is set up, each additional use case only adds a modest amount of ongoing support and token usage, so the incremental fee is much lower.
